Return Process

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags intact inside the original Alpha BioMed packaging to ensure protection during transit.

  Ship Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our team will inspect the items for quality assurance and process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
